Owners Corporation Management Services
TCMStrata Coastal are specialists in the extensive and time consuming role of owners corporation secretary. TCMStrata Coastal works closely with the owners corporation committee and unit owners to ensure the scheme complies with relevant legislation and guidelines.
Primary functions in this role include (but are not limited to):
- Operate and maintain a trust account on behalf of the owners corporation
- Manage all insurances and submit insurance claims
- Record keeping and maintenance
- Provide information certificates and information required under relevant legislation
- Prepare and convene annual general meetings, extraordinary general meetings and committee meetings
- Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings
- Issue levies and other contribution notices
- Preparation of financial accounts in accordance with Australia Accounting Standards and relevant state and federal legislation.
- Providing the highest standard of advice and assistance to the committee
- Performing all general clerical functions involved in the administration of the owners corporation
