About Us - Meet the Team
Based in Tweed Heads, New South Wales, TCM Strata Coastal brings over 30 years of experience to the strata management industry, servicing properties from the Gold Coast, Queensland to Ballina, New South Wales (and all areas in between).
Their expertise ranges from accounting, legal compliance, meetings management, record keeping and all other associated secretarial and accounting procedures. The team also specialise in areas such as development advice and layered scheme arrangements.
TCM’s Managers participate in regular comprehensive training and seminars to maintain and update their knowledge of both Queensland and New South Wales legislation, and more broadly in the area of community titles in Australia. This commitment to training established and maintains TCM Strata Coastal’s reputation as having some of the most experienced professionals in their industry.
